When borrowers migrate, relocate, or become unreachable, we assist in re-establishing lawful contact to support repayment discussions, strictly on client instruction and in compliance with Jamaican law.

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Bomborass Media website and services. This website is intended solely for licensed financial institutions and licensed bailiffs operating in Jamaica.
By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you are duly licensed, authorized, and acting within the scope of Jamaican law.
How It Works

Eligibility Confirmation.
Access to Bomborass Media is restricted.
Only the following parties may initiate a request: Licensed financial institutions operating under Jamaican law OR Licensed bailiffs acting under lawful appointment and authority.
Prior to engaging services, clients must confirm their licensing status and authority to submit borrower information. Unauthorized access or submissions are not permitted.

Initial Request Submission.
Authorized clients begin by submitting an institutional request through the platform. At this stage, clients provide: Institution or bailiff name License number Authorized representative contact details A brief description of the borrower-location issue No borrower personal data is required at this initial stage unless expressly requested.

Authority and Case Intake.
Once eligibility is confirmed, clients proceed with full case intake.
To initiate borrower-location support, clients must submit:
A verified & vivid borrower photograph.
The borrower’s full legal name and any known aliases.
The relevant loan-agreement clause or enforcement authority authorizing disclosure of borrower information for location purposes.
Confirmation that standard contact methods have failed due to migration, relocation, outdated contact details, or unknown status.
Clients must complete a formal declaration confirming lawful authority, accuracy of information, and compliance with the
Jamaica Data Protection Act, 2020.

Review and Validation.
All submissions are reviewed for:
Completeness of required information
Confirmation of licensing and authority
Alignment with the stated purpose of borrower-location support
Compliance with applicable legal and contractual frameworks
Bomborass Media does not make independent determinations regarding debt validity or enforcement rights. Responsibility for lawful disclosure and authority remains with the client.

Borrower-Location Support Activity.
Upon validation, BomboRass Media undertakes borrower-location support activities solely within the scope of the client’s instructions and authority.
The objective of this activity is to assist in re-establishing lawful contact with the borrower so that repayment discussions may resume between the client and the borrower.
Bomborass Media does not: Contact borrowers independently outside client instruction.
Demand payment.
Negotiate repayment terms.
Enforce debt obligations.

Information Handling and Reporting.
Any information generated or identified through borrower-location support is communicated directly to the client.
Bomborass Media does not: Publish information independently
Repurpose data for secondary use
Share data with third parties outside the scope of the engagement
All data is handled strictly as a data processor, on client instruction only.
